A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives
Perform scheduling, re-scheduling, and cancellation of patient appointments
Document required information in computer systems and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare call center
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7 : 00am to 5 : 30pm CST, Monday - Friday
