Marketing Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (m / f / d) to ensure efficient campaign execution and manage the marketing technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Own the marketing technology stack and collaborate with various teams for system integration

Provide operational support for cross-channel marketing campaigns, programs, and events

Establish governance frameworks and processes for campaign execution and lead management

Required Qualifications

Experience with marketing technology tools, particularly Hubspot

Strong background in managing multi-touch marketing campaigns

Knowledge of lead management processes and data hygiene practices

Ability to design workflows and templates for personalized marketing campaigns

Experience in tracking and analyzing KPIs for marketing effectiveness
