Title : Large Industrial Construction Project Scheduler - Multi-Phase Industrial Construction

Location Options : Irvine, CA / Cleveland, OH / Melbourne, FL

Salary : $130,000 - $180,000 + Bonus

We are looking to hire someone with 10+ years of Large Industrial Multi-Phase Construction Project Scheduling experience who utilizes Primavera P6

Founded in 1878 we are a 400 employee full-service design-build & construction firm that services clients across the US, Mexico & United Kingdom with 6 locations across the US. We serve clients in aerospace, automotive, food & beverage, pharmaceutical & commercial sectors. The Construction Project Scheduler will support aerospace facility projects from planning through execution.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop & revise detailed construction schedules using MS Project for multiple aerospace / industrial projects
• Conduct critical path and time impact analyses, incl : delay fragments & resource / cost loading
• Lead daily huddles and pull plan sessions with onsite teams to align milestones and resolve schedule conflicts
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to determine scope and scheduling requirements
• Prepare advisory reports & progress updates for management, highlighting risks, delays & mitigation strategies
