Position Summary The Principal Systems Engineer will be a key technical leader supporting all phases of new platform development—from concept and technology development through commercialization and post-market support.

This role partners with marketing, medical affairs, physicians, and user experience researchers to define and refine user and design requirements. Activities include preclinical and formative studies, hands-on collaboration with physicians, and integrating user feedback into design iterations.

The engineer will architect, design, select, and evaluate critical system components, software architecture, and hardware for electromechanical devices, including single-use disposables and consoles used in ablation procedures.
