Distribution Clerk and Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Distribution Clerk and Logistics Coordinator to join our client's team and help drive operational excellence. Schedule : 6pm - 6am, Monday - Friday

Pay : $17 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and organize materials safely and efficiently
• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and urgency
• Communicate directly with customers-providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
• Manage shipping / receiving documentation and maintain accurate logistics records
• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and correctly
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to manage freight flow and inventory
• Lead and support warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and support audits
