job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform service requests and routine general maintenance Properly report completed service requests through a smartphone app Conduct unit inspections and punch work Maintain vendor relations; coordinate and schedule vendors for unit turns / rehabs Interact with tenants professionally during service work Work within budget guidelines Travel to properties within a 2 mile radius 4+ years of apartment maintenance experience (required) Strong proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs HVAC and / or EPA Certification a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with smartphones for service order reporting Comfortable working indoors and outdoors year-round Ability to lift / move heavy items (including appliances) as needed Reliable transportation and valid drivers license (required) Cell phone with ability to respond to after-hours emergencies if needed Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, but not required Ability to manage multiple vendors during unit turns / rehabs Full-time | Generally Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM Hours may vary based on property needs Overtime required for emergencies, including some evenings / weekends Salary commensurate with experience Housing not provided
