We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This is a multi-location position working across two centrally located multi-family apartment communities
Responsibilities :
Perform service requests and routine general maintenanceProperly report completed service requests through a smartphone appConduct unit inspections and punch workMaintain vendor relations; coordinate and schedule vendors for unit turns / rehabsInteract with tenants professionally during service workWork within budget guidelinesTravel to properties within a 2 mile radiusRequired Skills & Qualifications :
4+ years of apartment maintenance experience (required)Strong proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairsHVAC and / or EPA Certification a plusAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficient with smartphones for service order reportingComfortable working indoors and outdoors year-roundAbility to lift / move heavy items (including appliances) as neededReliable transportation and valid drivers license (required)Cell phone with ability to respond to after-hours emergencies if neededBilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, but not requiredAbility to manage multiple vendors during unit turns / rehabsSchedule & Compensation :
Full-time | Generally Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PMHours may vary based on property needsOvertime required for emergencies, including some evenings / weekendsSalary commensurate with experienceHousing not provided
