We are seeking a Customer Service Relations Lead to help us enhance customer relationships, elevate our public image, and ensure every guest receives the highest level of service.

Key Purpose of the Role :

  • Improve customer service standards and experiences.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and members.
  • Enhance our brand reputation through consistent, professional interactions.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences that encourage loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage our Club Trial Offer program, including enrollment, welcome communications, responding to inquiries, and back-office administrative support.
  • Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, upgrades, and changes, ensuring customers understand and enjoy the full benefits of their membership.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by :

    • Handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.

  • Coordinating responses to accidents, claims, or service issues.
  • Following up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
  • Conduct quality control checks to maintain our high service standards
  • Promote services, respond to member questions, and encourage customers to try new offerings.
  • Support daily operations

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or client relations (experience in a membership-based business is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and administrative tasks.
  • Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
