US Regional Human Resource Manager (bilingual)
Reporting directly to the Corporate Regional HR Director, this role will implement the Group's global HR strategies and annual OKRs in close collaboration HR partners across business units, ensuring effective policy execution, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
As the key link between corporate headquarters and the U.S. region, this position is expected to uphold the core values of Integrity, Diligence, Agility, Share, Collaborate, and Thrive, driving and embedding a unified corporate culture while supporting the rapid growth of the Group's diversified businesses in ICT, electric vehicles, digital health, and robotics.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate global HR strategies and annual OKRs into actionable U.S. regional plans, aligned with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to optimize processes and enhance organizational agility and efficiency.
Talent & Culture
Develop and refine talent acquisition and retention strategies to secure and grow critical talent.Drive cultural initiatives and enhance employee experience to strengthen the employer brand.Compliance & Administration
Ensure payroll, attendance, and records management comply fully with laws and mitigate labor risks.Establish and maintain compliance processes aligned with legal and corporate standards.Deliver key HR data analytics and insights to support leadership decisions.Act as the bridge between HQ and the U.S. region, fostering cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.Qualifications
Proficient in Mandarin- position requires extensive communication with leadership across Taiwan and China.Professional Experience – Minimum of 8 years of HR-related experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role; prior experience in a multinational regional headquarters preferred.Expertise – Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR administration with hands-on compliance experience.Core Competencies – Exceptional skills in operational planning, cross-cultural communication, and cross-functional collaboration; proficiency in HR data analytics, performance management, and OKR implementation; strong business acumen.Communication Skills – Fluent in both Mandarin and English (both spoken and written), with the ability to engage and report directly to senior executives.Benefits
