Job Description

Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing leader in the Audio-Visual Solutions industry, is seeking a Field Service Engineer in their Mechanicsburg, PA office.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshooting, re-installation and maintenance of electronic audio / visual equipment, installing and servicing the systems in the most efficient and effective manner to assure minimum down time and maximum performance. Communicating system performance to the customer and to the Service Department or Installation Department.
• Assist the Technical Operations team in performing installation and system commissioning work as needed.
• Clear communication, documentation and organization of paperwork, tools and the company vehicle are a necessary function of the position.
• Travel to client sites as well as occasional out-of-town travel may be required.
