Job Title : Physical Therapist - Orthopedic Institute

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Orthopedic Institute. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation and a passion for helping patients recover and improve their physical function.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery
  • Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Strong knowledge of orthopedic conditions and treatment techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

    • Skills :

  • Proficient in manual therapy techniques
  • Experience with therapeutic exercise prescription
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to educate and motivate patients
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
