Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify their life insurance and financial protection needs
Educate clients on available insurance products and tailor solutions to meet their goals
Conduct virtual or in-person appointments with potential clients
Assist clients through the underwriting and application process
Maintain licensing requirements and industry knowledge through continuing education
Develop and manage your personal book of business with flexibility and autonomy
Optionally, recruit and mentor other agents to build a team and expand your agency
Requirements
Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain — training provided)
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and help others
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working on a commission-based income

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (we provide guidance) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented Comfortable speaking with clients virtually and on the phone Basic computer and smartphone skills (email, video calls, CRM systems) Reliable internet and phone access for remote work Willingness to complete training and maintain continuing education requirements
