Job Title : Civil Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer with a keen interest in land development to join our team. This role involves working on exciting land and site development projects using advanced design tools.

Responsibilities

Utilize Civil 3D software to design and develop land and site plans.

Perform grading and drainage design work.

Collaborate with a small civil engineering team to complete projects efficiently.

Attend meetings in person or virtually, as required.

Conduct occasional site visits to ensure project accuracy.

Work independently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

Experience in land development and site design.

Strong understanding of grading and drainage systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.

Ability to work effectively within a small team setting.

Work Environment

The office is located in Minnetonka, with opportunities for remote work. Team members should be proficient in virtual collaboration and capable of maintaining productivity independently. Occasional site visits and in-office meetings are required, but the majority of work will be conducted remotely.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minnetonka, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr.
