As a Multi-Unit Assistant Lead Supervisor, you'll support in delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring team development, and maintaining high quality and operational standards. You'll assist in day-to-day operations at two sites (Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights) under leadership, help foster culture, and help ensure consistency in execution.

2-4 years of leadership experience in retail or food service (multi-site experience preferred)High school diploma / GED (post-secondary education a plus)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsBasic business math and computer proficiencyProblem-solving and organizational abilitiesFood safety certification (or within 30 days)Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekendsAble and willing to work at both the Sterling Heights and Grosse Pointe locations.Physical Requirements : Must be able to stand for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to move throughout the bakeryWhy you'll love working with us :
