Job Description :

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in need.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and expectations.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance professional skills.
• Adhere to corporate policies and procedures, maintaining proper billing and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to support the rehabilitation process.

Additional Information : All contracts are ongoing with a two-week notice unless otherwise arranged.
