The Vice President of Finance will oversee the financial strategy, operations, and compliance of Global Strategic Alliance LLC. This executive role ensures accuracy in reporting, manages domestic and international transfers, and supports growth through disciplined financial planning and digital asset strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting, account balancing, and cash flow management.

Direct and supervise domestic and international transfers.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.

Develop financial controls and ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations.

Oversee integration of digital assets into the company’s investment and operational strategies.

Provide strategic insights to leadership to support company scaling and expansion.

Qualifications :

10+ years in finance leadership roles (CFO, VP, Finance Director).

CPA, CFA, or equivalent strongly preferred.

Strong background in corporate finance, compliance, and reporting.

Familiarity with crypto assets and blockchain finance preferred.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
