Salary : up to $75,000.00, based on education and experience

Full Time / Part Time : Full-time

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday

Primary Hours : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Position Description : The Staffing and Engagement Consultant reports to the Allied Health Technical Manager under the Allied Health Department, within Family Health Services, and provides support for transformation and professional growth to the SoonerStart Early Intervention program, the federally and state funded early intervention program for infants and toddlers with disabilities ages 0-3 and their families, child guidance service and other areas of the agency employing allied health professionals. Allied Health Specialists can include but are not limited to Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Audiologists, Behavioral Health Specialists, and Child Development Specialists.

Minimum Qualifications : Education and experience requirements at this level consist of completion of a master's degree or current enrollment in pursuit of a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Child Development Specialist, Behavioral Health, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Registered Nurse, Dietician / Nutrition Therapist, and Special Education plus three (3) years of professional experience; preference will be given to individuals within an allied health profession; those with a certification or licensure of one of the above listed Allied Health Professionals will be given preference.

Physical Demands and Work Environment : Work is typically performed in an office setting with a climate-controlled setting and exposure to moderate noise level. While performing the duties of the job, employee is required to talk, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. This position requires long periods of sitting and daily use of computer and phones. Applicants must be willing to perform all job-related travel associated with this position. Being present at the office is an essential function of the job.
