Join Our Team as an Ambulatory Nurse!

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities? As an Ambulatory Nurse at Carle Health, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate healthcare to those facing challenges with drug and alcohol abuse, as well as psychiatric conditions. Your expertise will guide patients and their families through their healthcare journey, utilizing a systematic approach that includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate competent healthcare to patients and families within your area of practice.
• Ensure adherence to established standards of care and scope of practice.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of care.
• Assist the Nursing Supervisor / Coordinator in developing departmental standing orders and performance improvement initiatives.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Offer health and wellness education related to substance use and recovery to individuals and groups.
• Contribute nursing insights to initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of care and clinical outcomes within Addiction Recovery services.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $30.39 to $52.27 per hour . This range reflects a good faith minimum and maximum for the role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including your experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked, and compensation model.
