Role Overview : As a Sales Manager at Glean, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will play a critical role in driving the sales strategy, managing the sales process, and ensuring the success of your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
