LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established manufacturing company in Edison, NJ, seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior / Staff Accountant to join their onsite finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, production-driven environment.

Job Title : Junior / Staff Accountant

Location : Edison, NJ (Fully Onsite)

Salary : $60,000 $65,000 annually

Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily accounting tasks including journal entries, general ledger updates, and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and internal reports
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow activity
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance
• Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to ensure financial accuracy
