As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail location. Your visible presence will contribute to a welcoming environment for guests and staff, while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Position Type : Part Time Pay Rate : $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule : DayTimeFri03 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AMSat03 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM What You'll Do : Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities : Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures. Work collaboratively with store staff and visitors to support a welcoming and secure environment. Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation as required by Allied Universal and client protocols. What We're Looking For : Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
