We are looking for a strategic communicator to build something from the ground up. This is a newly created role where you will help establish the foundation for HR communications—defining how we connect with, inform, and engage our HR team for years to come. If you are energized by creating frameworks, launching initiatives, and shaping a mission-driven organization, this is your opportunity to lead with creativity and purpose.
What You'll Do
Design and launch a leadership newsletter to keep the HR team aligned on priorities, initiatives, and organizational strategy
Lead change management communications as the organization evolves toward the new pediatric campus
Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to align messaging and drive impact
Create templates and standards to guide HR communications for the next 5-10 years
