Title : Producer / Director

Type : Independent Contractor

Location : Remote

Duration : 6 weeks

Commitment : 20–40 hours / week

Compensation

Hourly rate : $100–$175 per hour

Payments : Weekly via Stripe Connect; contractors maintain full control over schedule and methods.

Role Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real‑world production and direction based on professional experience.
• Create realistic situations involving project development, creative vision execution, budget management, crew coordination, talent direction, and production scheduling.
• Develop scenarios for script development, pre‑production planning, on‑set decision‑making, post‑production oversight, managing creative conflicts, working with stakeholders, handling production challenges, and delivering projects on deadline.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to production and direction queries for accuracy and professional standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on production and direction scenarios to improve AI training.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to cutting‑edge AI research.
