Oil And Gas Maintenance Planner / Scheduler
Our client, an industry leader in energy and pipeline operations, is seeking a Planner / Scheduler to join their team. As a Planner / Scheduler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting project planning and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location : Sabine Pass, Texas
What's The Job?
- Plan and coordinate project and turnaround activities for the asset.
- Create and maintain project and outage plans using planning software.
- Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and long-term schedules for maintenance and upgrade work.
- Coordinate work orders and schedules with project, construction, and operations teams.
- Manage dispatching of work and ensure resource availability in collaboration with supervision.
What's Needed?
Experience with SAP, particularly SAP S / 4HANA, in a maintenance or project planning environment.Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and execution processes and best practices.Proficiency with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.What's In It For Me?
