Oil And Gas Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

Our client, an industry leader in energy and pipeline operations, is seeking a Planner / Scheduler to join their team. As a Planner / Scheduler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting project planning and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Sabine Pass, Texas

What's The Job?

  • Plan and coordinate project and turnaround activities for the asset.
  • Create and maintain project and outage plans using planning software.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and long-term schedules for maintenance and upgrade work.
  • Coordinate work orders and schedules with project, construction, and operations teams.
  • Manage dispatching of work and ensure resource availability in collaboration with supervision.

What's Needed?

  • Experience with SAP, particularly SAP S / 4HANA, in a maintenance or project planning environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and execution processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
