Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-semester contract position is available for a School Social Worker serving K-12 students in a Minnesota school setting. This role focuses on providing prehensive social work services to support the emotional, social, and academic well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assessing student needs related to emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
• Developing and implementing intervention plans to support students success.
• Collaborating with educators, families, and munity resources to address student concerns.
• Conducting individual and group counseling sessions.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to Student Support Teams.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in pliance with school policies.
