Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med / Surg Tele position requiring a MA RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities Work in a 30-bed medical telemetry unit in a hospital setting

Patient ratios are typically 1 : 5 and may occasionally be 1 : 6 or 1 : 7

Care for patients with cases including occasional post-bronchoscopy and chest tube procedures

Day (AM) 12-hour shifts

Every other weekend and alternating holidays required

Floating to similar units as needed

No on-call responsibilities

Provide telemetry and general medical care to a diverse adult patient population

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment

First-time travelers will be considered

Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license required

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
