Creative DirectorLocation : Orange, CA, USAExperience level : Senior (4+ years)At a glance : - Lead brand and creative for utility infrastructure and engineering services.- Hands-on creative leadership for field-facing communications and integrated campaigns.- Translate complex technical content into clear, on-brand materials used on-site across the U.S.Role summary : Lead the visual identity and campaign strategy for safety, marketing, and client-education materials used in operational field environments. You will shape brand systems and drive production of digital, print, environmental, and vehicle collateral while collaborating closely with Operations, Engineering, and Safety teams.Key responsibilities : 1. Define and own brand strategy, messaging hierarchy, and scalable visual systems for technical and field-facing channels.2. Lead creative execution for integrated campaigns (digital, print, signage, vehicle / field collateral), ensuring clarity and safety compliance.3. Manage and mentor a small creative team and cross-functional contractors; set priorities, review work, and build production workflows for fast on-site turnarounds.4. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Safety to translate complex technical content into clear, actionable communications for stakeholders and end users.5. Oversee vendor relationships and production budgets; approve artwork, manage timelines, and ensure quality control from concept through deployment.6.
