Description

Responsibilities for Project Manager - Commercial Construction in Los Angeles

Manage end-to-end commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes for materials and services.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in construction processes and techniques.
