Role Description

As a UX / Product Designer at DoveRunner, you will play a crucial role in defining how our customers interact with our platform. This role will collaborate with Product Owners (POs), Engineering, Marketing, and will play a vital role as a member of the Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with POs and stakeholders to define feature requirements and technical constraints.
  • Translate product requirements into intuitive, secure, and modern user experiences.
  • Develop an understanding of the Cyber Security industry and maintain product parity with competitors.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect the platform’s new brand and design language.
  • Develop and maintain the product design system.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and internal feedback sessions to validate design decisions and drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements and align with our user needs.
  • Be an advocate for best practices, including accessibility standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX / Product designer with experience working in B2B SaaS, web consoles, dashboards, or enterprise software environments.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe CC.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, with an emphasis on critical thinking, complex workflow-driven systems, and data-driven user interface design.
  • Self-starter, who is willing to take the initiative to drive projects forward, work independently, and set the standard for the future of DoveRunner's user experience.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across international time zones.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity workflows, terminology, and compliance standards.
  • Working knowledge of front-end development frameworks (HTML / CSS / React).
  • Experience working with design systems in a multi-product environment.
  • Experience with Marketing design and brand compliance.
