job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProject Support : Assist project managers and teams with cost control and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Budget Tracking & Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on project budgets, actuals, and forecasts to support effective financial oversight. Cost Control Management : Maintain and update cost control budgets using the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to reflect real-time project changes. Month-End Close Support : Contribute to the month-end close process by ensuring all project cost data is accurate, complete, and properly recorded for reporting. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation : Prepare cost reports, identify variances between actuals and forecasts, and support project-related financial decision-making. Three years of public accounting experience or 4 years of professional accounting experience Commercial real estate experience Public accounting experience
