Hornig Companies seeks a full-time Multi-site Maintenance Technician to respond to work orders in White Bear Lake.
What would my responsibilities include?
Diagnose, trouble-shoot and hands on repair of apartment maintenance issues like :
- Plumbing issues such as leaking faucets, toilets and other fixtures
- Repair or replace blinds, closet doors
- Low risk electrical repair or replacement of lighting, ceiling fans, smoke detectors
- Minor sheetrock repair and repair of building construction such as broken windows and locks
- Minor caulking of tubs and sinks
- Minor appliance repair
- Provide expertise on building repair, concentrating on preventing future maintenance concerns in historical and aging buildings
- Communicate with residents regarding repairs in a caring, compassionate manner that upholds Hornig Companies customer service reputation as well as Fair Housing guidelines
