Job Description

The Revenue Auditor is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer.  They are also responsible for the daily audit of cage, slots, table games, electronic games, soft count and non-gaming revenue areas.

The Revenue Auditor :

• Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
• Performs daily audit of cage, slots, table games, electronic games, soft count and non-gaming revenue areas.
• Investigates and reports discrepancies determined through audit process to controller.
• Prepares information and reports for the Casino Controller in a manner to ensure compliance with Gaming Commission Rules and Company policies and procedures.
• Maintains accurate records and files pertaining to daily audits of areas of responsibility.
• Anticipates ongoing changes, problems, and opportunities in order to maintain effective systems and procedures.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of high school.  ON THE JOB TRAINING, NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
