Our client, a leading hospitality service provider, is seeking a Customer Surveyer to join their team. As a Customer Surveyer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting guest experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide surveys to hotel guests to gather valuable feedback.
• Engage with guests during breakfast hours to encourage participation in surveys.
• Sort, number, and scan completed questionnaires for data processing.
• Maintain organized records and communicate results via WhatsApp.
• Prepare work materials and ensure everything is ready for each service.
