- Tyrone (In-Home, School, and Clinic-Based Settings) Company : Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services (MATS) Job Type : Full-Time or Part-Time Pay : Up to $30 / hour, based on experience About Us Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services (MATS) provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

- Position Overview As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) at MATS, you will work directly with children with autism to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- This role is suitable for patient, caring individuals who want to provide direct behavioral support and contribute to the development of children with autism.
Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans as directed by the BCBA Collect and maintain accurate session data and progress notes Use ABA techniques such as discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, prompting / fading, and reinforcement Communicate effectively with families and clinical team members Attend supervision meetings and professional development sessions Maintain RBT certification and meet BACB supervision requirements Follow all safety protocols and MATS policies Qualifications Required :
