```Duties```

Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing for trial

Organize and manage legal files and documents

Maintain and update case management systems

Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Prepare and file legal pleadings and other court documents

Conduct factual investigations and gather evidence

Assist with document review and discovery processes

Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence

Schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances

```Skills```

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in legal research methods and databases

Ability to draft legal documents accurately and efficiently

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proficient in using case management software (e.g., iManage)

Strong project management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously

Ability to transcribe dictations accurately and quickly

Knowledge of contract law and contract drafting is a plus
