Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students. This position offers the chance to work within an engaging educational environment, serving a diverse K-8th grade caseload.

Qualifications :

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload across multiple sites
  • Proficiency in developing individualized education plans (IEPs)

  • Henderson, MN
  • Responsibilities :

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to facilitate communication goals within the classroom
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Provide guidance and support to parents regarding their child's therapeutic goals
