Vega Innovations is hiring a friendly and goal-driven Business Development Associate in San Bernardino to help expand Frontier’s reach. This position is for someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning about business strategy, and being part of a growing marketing team.

As a Business Development Associate, you'll be at the heart of our mission to grow Frontier's family of customers. With supportive training in our systems and workflows, the Business Development Associate learn how to spot new opportunities and gently guide people toward the life-changing power of better fiber and wireless.

What Will I Be Doing as a Business Development Associate?

Launch structured outreach campaigns across assigned zones to promote Frontier’s wireless, fiber, and bundled services using approved engagement workflows.

Identify and engage potential clients by assessing connectivity goals, usage patterns, and budget priorities to position tailored solutions.

Maintain CRM accuracy by logging account updates, tracking pipeline movement, and documenting service milestones to support campaign visibility.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate documentation workflows, provisioning readiness, and service activation benchmarks.

Share market insights and enrollment trends to refine outreach strategy, improve conversion rates, and support retention goals.

Explore upselling opportunities and recommend service enhancements that align with client needs and campaign objectives.
