Registered Nurse

RiseWell Community Services is looking for a Registered Nurse for our Mobile Residential Support Team (MRS) in West Babylon, New York. The based in based in West Babylon but will travel throughout Nassau County.

In this role, you will oversee and provide health services, including medication management and education, as a member of a multidisciplinary mobile support team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness in scattered-site housing programs or working with clients preparing to transition into independent housing.

QUALIFICATIONS : Currently licensed as an RN by the New York State Education Department. Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from the NYS Office of Mental Health.
