About the Role :
We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a vital role in generating client appointments and sales leads. This position focuses on proactive client engagement, effective database management, and relationship building, all crucial for driving business growth. What You’ll Do :
Generate client appointments and sales leads by making over 100 calls daily to set qualified appointments for the sales team.
Manage, organize, and update contact databases to ensure accurate records.
Build and maintain new client and broker relationships to foster business growth.
Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance in line with company standards.
Adhere to company policies, practices, and procedures.
Actively participate in achieving departmental and company goals.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to support collective success.
Adapt to changing deadlines and shifting priorities with ease.
Review work for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support team operations.
Who You Are :
0-5 years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to compose professional business communications.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Salesforce for efficient task management and record-keeping.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Capable of working independently and exercising sound judgment.
Adaptable and proactive in handling shifting priorities.
