Nooter / Eriksen is seeking highly motivated Interns for our 2025 Summer Internship Program , running 12 weeks from late May to early August. This general posting is meant to determine where each applicant will find the most value and interest within the opportunities available at N / E. Highlights of our Internship Program include opportunities for career development and opportunities for fun!

• HRSG 101 Training
• Departmental presentations providing an overview of duties and collaboration opportunities within the organization
• One-on-one interaction with senior level leadership
• Mid-point meetings with your supervisor and regular check-ins throughout the summer
• Lunch with Human Resources
• One-on-ones with hiring managers about potential employment opportunities
• Executive-Level final presentation to market yourself to the organization
• Group Lunch with entry-level engineers to get integrated with the culture
• Top Golf event with entry-level engineers
• Paid holidays (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July)
• ½ day Fridays , working from home

The departments offering internship opportunities will vary from year-to-year but typically include some or all of those listed here :

KEY QUALIFICATIONS . We want the person selected for this role to be successful! The following qualifications are essential to be effective in this role :

Ability to read, write, problem solve, make quick decisions, interpret data and analyze results; effective written and verbal communication is essential.
