- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs\n\n
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions\n\n
- Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient\n\n
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record\n\n
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient\n\n

Applicants should have a current VA or compact RN license. Additional requirements include : \n\n
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.\n\n
- Handle with Care required within 6 months.\n\n
- ACLS, PALS & ASLS preferred.\n\n
