With plans to expand the service, there's plenty of room for professional growth as we grow our team culture!\n\nHow you'll contribute\n\nA Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role : \n\n

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs\n\n
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions\n\n
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient\n\n
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record\n\n
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient\n\n

Applicants should have a current VA or compact RN license. Additional requirements include : \n\n
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.\n\n
• Handle with Care required within 6 months.\n\n
• ACLS, PALS & ASLS preferred.\n\n
