We are looking for experienced Project Coordinators who have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to join our award-winning team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, including cabinet refacing, run smoothly and exceed customer expectations.

Ensuring partners and project team leads have the necessary information to service our customers

Providing training for all newly onboarded partners

Maintaining partner documentation, including licensing and insurance

Communicating contract details with partners, project team leads, and customers

Reviewing partner and vendor invoices upon receipt

Creating, updating, and managing purchase orders for labor and materials

Running expected delivery reports on all outstanding purchase orders

Maintaining a ledger of all subcontractor payments on a bi-weekly basis

Processing permit requests through our established permit procurement process

$2530 per hour

Must be able to pass a background screening

Valid driver's license with current vehicle insurance
