Oracle Geospatial Database Management

State of Mississippi - Oracle GEO Spatial Database Management - MS - MDOT - 142294

30 hours per week.  Onsite required.

Contractor will assess current systems and processes for managing roadway characteristics inventory and HPMS processes and reporting to identify and implement solutions to enhance, augment, modify, or fix any issues found whether it is version compatibility or code issues. Updated HPMS reporting requirements and other Federal requirements will be taken in to account when implementing these possible changes.

Required Skills / Experience

• Expertise with Linear Referencing Methods in Oracle
• Oracle Workspace Manager
• Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) and Federal Reporting Requirements – DOT (Transportation / Highway) experience
• Experience identifying and implementing solutions to enhance, augment, modify, or fix any issues with DOT Inventory system
• Oracle Database Logic
• PL / SQL coding
• Oracle Linux (Oracle)
• RIMS (Roadway Inventory Management System)
