Louisiana Licensed Senior Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee project implementation and execution through construction completion

Manage project budgets, forecasts, and prepare cost reports as required

Facilitate project kick-off meetings and guide clients through the design implementation process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field

10 or more years of related experience

Advanced project management skills and understanding of project management business

Experience in client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting

Strong working knowledge of architectural / engineering drawings and construction concepts
