A company is looking for a Medical Customer Service Assistant to handle patient billing inquiries and account resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for patient billing inquiries and assist in understanding billing statements
Act as a liaison between patients, the business office, and payors for billing matters
Resolve outstanding balances efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and healthcare systems preferred
Experience in a medical billing environment with knowledge of third-party payers and terminology preferred
Bi-lingual in Spanish or Somali is a plus
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
Strong interpersonal skills and customer relations experience
