Donor Relations Coordinator

The Donor Relations Coordinator has responsibility for the daily activities and maintenance of the donor database, as well as the recording, depositing and reconciliation of all cash, pledges and payroll deduction donations ensuring compliance with Foundation policies and procedures. In addition, the Coordinator provides administrative and program support for events, appeals and in-kind gift solicitation, donations and distribution. He / she will have exemplary organizational skills, exhibit professional demeanor with staff, board members, physicians, constituents, and donors. He / she must be able to manage multiple tasks and maintain the confidentiality of donors and patients.

Requirements :

• Associate degree in accounting or business.
• Minimum two years of administrative support / fundraising software.
