Radiation Therapist – Full-Time, Day Shift (near Snowflake, AZ)

Job Responsibilities
- Administer external beam radiation therapy to patients according to physician-prescribed treatment plans.
- Operate and maintain linear accelerator and simulator equipment, performing daily quality assurance checks.
- Prepare and position patients for treatment, ensuring accuracy and comfort throughout each session.
- Fabricate and use immobilization devices, perform CT simulations, and verify setup documentation.
- Maintain thorough and accurate treatment records, communicating any deviations or issues to the clinical team.
- Uphold strict radiation safety protocols and promote a culture of patient safety and excellence.
- Participate in chart reviews, tumor boards, and multidisciplinary care discussions.
Minimum Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (T).Active Arizona Radiation Therapist (CTT) license.Current BLS certification required.Strong technical skills with treatment planning systems, QA procedures, and patient documentation.Excellent interpersonal communication and patient care skills.New grads encouraged to apply as training and mentorship available for the right candidate.Compensation & Benefits
