Key Responsibilities
Proposal & Pursuit Support
- Lead the coordination of RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and statements of qualification.
- Assist with all phases of the pursuit process—from strategy sessions to interview preparation.
- Partner with internal teams and external consultants to create pursuit-related deliverables.
Content & Design
Translate pursuit strategies into compelling written and visual materials.Develop brochures, presentations, and proposals that align with Huseman Group’s brand standards.Collaborate with Operations and technical experts to write and refine technical content.Interview & Presentation Support
Organize and prepare teams for project interviews and client presentations.Ensure materials are polished, cohesive, and strategically tailored to each opportunity.Research & Process Development
Conduct research to strengthen proposals and pursuit strategies.Help refine pursuit processes and identify ways to continuously improve.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.Equivalent work experience in proposal development or marketing communications may also be considered.2–4 years of experience in proposals, marketing, communications, or related fields.Experience in the A / E / C industry (architecture, engineering, construction) preferred, but not required.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Strong writing and editing abilities, with a knack for simplifying technical information.A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
