We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support our financial operations, with a heavy emphasis on utilizing NetSuite for reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement. This role will have a direct impact on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial statements while participating in strategic initiatives. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and analyze financial statements. Oversee general ledger activities and ensure compliance with GAAP. Utilize NetSuite for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting operations. Assist with external audits and tax preparations. Implement process improvements for financial systems and controls. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with NetSuite ERP. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
