Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated First Shift Production Supervisor for a tier 1 automotive company specializing in weather stripping and interior parts for major automotive brands. This role requires experience in production supervision within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on managing personnel and enhancing quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Manage and lead a team in a family-owned company environment.
• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
• Implement and speak to process improvement and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
