Overview

We’re seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Creative Director to lead our fast-paced creative department at our headquarters in Sarasota, Florida . This role requires a proven leader who can manage and inspire a large network of freelance designers, editors, and creators—executing brand campaigns at scale with tight turnaround times and uncompromising quality.

About the Role

As the Creative Director, you will oversee the conception, production, and delivery of creative assets across multiple brands and campaigns—often simultaneously. You’ll ensure that every piece of creative work meets brand standards, resonates with audiences, and is delivered quickly and efficiently. Most campaigns have lead times under one week , requiring strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate teams under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end creative process for high-volume sports marketing campaigns.
• Manage and coordinate a large network of freelancers, contractors, and creative partners to deliver content at scale.
• Translate brand strategies, tone, and guidelines into clear creative briefs and deliverables.
• Oversee all visual and conceptual output—ensuring consistency, creativity, and precision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and production teams to meet campaign deadlines.
• Implement efficient workflows and tools to streamline creative production and feedback loops.
• Maintain a high bar for quality while balancing the speed and scale of execution.
• Stay current with design trends, sports culture, and social media storytelling.
